Through partnerships with leading local engineering and land planning firms, C-Lemme Companies LLC holds the lead management role for several private party landowners. The C-Lemme Companies development team will assist you with land planning, engineering, design, annexation, zoning requirements, street and utility improvements, as well as sales and marketing services.

We are currently involved in the active development of over 1000 acres in the Sioux Falls region and beyond with projects in development phases for the next several years. C-Lemme Companies will always entertain the possibility of development management, joint ventures, or acquisition of development sites regardless of location.
